Some changes and fixes to the demo!

• Various bits of "dialogue"/text changed throughout the game, including some hints being made clearer
• Changes to the hints for the Basement puzzle to make it more color-blind friendly
• Watcher chase made easier
• Added "Controls" and "How To Play" screens in the Menu (more will be added to "How To Play" later)
• Adjusted some spooky bits to be a little less subtle, as they were often completely missed
• Made Credits screen last half as long
• Made Cutscenes unskippable for the time being, to avoid them accidentally being skipped without realizing, until a proper "Skip Cutscene" prompt can be added
• Fixed a bug where if you had unlocked the gate while being chased by the Watcher, and then died to it, it would remain open the next time you got to it
